Study material for a coaching institution

I I am planning to start a Coaching Institution with sole proprietorship in Punjab. I wish to clarify regarding copyright issue for all the material that I will prepare. I need to conduct test series at various other institutions, for which I will be preparing questions. I wanted to know if I can pick up questions from various books (as it is done by many coaching institutes) and compile them to make a test; or do questions have to be prepared on our own? If I cannot pick up questions and compile them, then can I modify the questions slightly and use them? Also, if I am using the questions from a book, do I have to mention the name of the books at the end?

all coaching institute s take questions from various text books only for conducting tests . or take last 5 years university questions .
you can modify questions if you so desire .

Sir, I need the questions only to conduct tests. The tests will have the name of Coaching Institute printed on them. Do I still need to modify them?

Sir, can you please advise me regarding the documents required to start the Institute?
Also since I am a sole proprietor with no labour, do I have to register it under Shop and Establishment Act? If yes, is it to be done right before opening it or it can be done afterwards as well?
