City Survey Issues:-
Subdivision of plot in Gaothan Area of Dhule. Co-owner has objection. City Survey officer not ready to make sub division of the same on the basis of objection although baseless by co-owner. City survey officer not ready to follow sale - purchase deed of the plot. Unethical practice adopted by co-owner of the plot. Total area 1943sqft and our ownership is 563sqft. Need partition wall to be built as per specified in sale-purchase deed.

It shall be better to get the land formally partitioned through the Revenue officers.

City survey accepted Rs4000/- for sub-division of plot since may 2010 but they are not doing due to objection. For appointing court commission do I have to first file case against city survey office for non performance? Approx duration? Structure is 100yrs old and it has been declared dangerous. City collector & lokayukta has been informed about the same.

For compensation and loss we have also filed case in consumer court. Judgement has been delayed by almost 1year. 10 adjournments for no reasons. Also complained to The President of state forum recently for the delay from district forum

For the matter of survey, move an application under RTI Act seeking the information of the survey against which you deposited the desired fee. File writ petition on the basis of the information against the relevant officers.
