Submission of medical paper through registered post

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 30 September 2011 This query is : Resolved
My client is leaving in gwalior and her case is proceeding in Bhopal. Some time she is ill and unable to attend the court of Bhopal.

My Question is this, She can send medical papers with application by registered post to the related court, with full particulars of case No. and related respected Judge's name?
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 30 September 2011
She cannot do so. She has to engage a lawyer and through him submit the proper application.
Sailesh Kumar Shah (Expert) 30 September 2011
She have to send the same to the advocate, which was appointed by her.

agree with the expert opinion, thanks.

It would be a practise akin to sick-leave application rather than exemption application.

Hence experts are right. File an application for exemption through Advocate

If she has already engaged a counsel then in civil suits, her presence is not required and in criminal cases, his counsel can move an application for her exemption.
