Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 16 January 2012 This query is : Resolved
Sirs,
I submitted an application under section 151 of cpc to place material facts in an ongoing civil case. It consisted of 25 paras alongwith an index. Now I found in 2 paras there is typographical error on dates mentioned. In one para instead of 13th it should be 30th and in another para instead of 2011 it should be 1997.How should I correct this. It is only submitted in court and still not released to respondents. Iam the petitioner.
Thanks please reply in detail.
