Subsidy on housing loan interest

I HAVE A HOUSING LOAN AT M/S CORPORATION BANK FOR RS. 10 LAKHS @ 11.25% . I AM UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT I AM ELIGIBLE FOR 1% INTEREST SUBSIDY ON THIS LOAN.HOWEVER I HAVE GOT ONLY RS. 900 DURING LAST NOV.SINCE THEN NO AMOUNT. REPLY TO MY QUERY FROM BANK IS NOT SATISFACTORY.PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW MUCH AMOUNT IAM ELIGIBLE AND TO WHOM I HAVE TO CONTACT FOR MY GRIEVANCE.

Interest charged and subsidy if any on your housing loan a/c would depended upon your agreement executed with the bank while availing of the loan. If there is any deviation than the agreed terms you may take up with the bank or their higher authorities for remeady. If you are not satisfied with the said bank switchover to another bank of lesser interest. If the amount of difference is negligible, then my suggestion is to repay regularly and settle the a/c at the earliest.
