Subsitence allowance

Dear Sirs,
Kindly advice regarding rate of subsistence allowance.
up to ninty days @50%
till 120 days @75%
more than 120 days 100% of basic + D.A.

whether it is as per law

Yes, it is legally correct. But if there is any delay is caused in inquiry proceedings and the delay is occasioned by the Delinquent, then subsistence allowance will not be raised.

Are you talking about Rules for Government employees or Labour Laws pertaining to Private or Industrial workers?

Further, you have not mentioned, what is the basic problem to which your question is related.
