hello,

what is the procedure of getting succession certificate for property? does any one need to pay any stamp duty as per the current value of propoerty ?

Court fees is required to be paid based on value of propriety.

Thanks for your reply. But is there in upper cap on court fees? how much is the percentage in of court fees wrt to property value.

Court fee is depend upon the area where the property is situated and the valuation of the property.
