Suffring with IPC section 323,324,506

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 10 March 2010 This query is : Resolved
I want to ask one question here, 2 years before I fight with few guys and they were case on my and added IPC section 323,324 and 506. When are injured then they add FIR after 24 hours and they admit in private hospital and create their MLC report.

Can anyone tell me is there any way to save myself from this case. I already content with them for compromises but they didn’t agree can I do cross case on them? I’m totally confuse what should I do I already attend on curt date and 2nd will come after 1 month.

(I'm working in IT Company as a Project Manager since 2005 and no criminal record I have, I trapped only this case)

Please advice me what should I do

Thanks & Regards
Amit Sharma

Mr Amit, as you mentioned that they are not ready to compromise.then fight the case and consult your lawyer. You said that you filed cross case against them. you may be take the defence that your act was in the right of private defence....

Ajitabh! Amit is just asking can I do cross-case? he has not filed any cross-case so line of defense shall be entirely different.

Amit! In the given facts I suggest to be calm and peaceful and do not become panic. This is very simple case. Prosecution has to fully establish their beyond any reasonable doubts and your lawyer shall deal the case effectively. You should not bow to those persons all the time. If they become ready to make compromise then it is ok otherwise strongly defend your case. You shall have to attend the case on each and every hearing because you are an accused. Arrange for that but do not be panic. It shall take some more time to be decided.

Yes Mr Makkad I do agree with you.. I just misread.... i would like to add---- if they want to compromise then its very good for you.... if not... then defend your case strongly.... god bless.
