Respected sir, thanks for reply.
I have filed application of u/s 340 CrPC for filing complaint by wife. Applications with suo-Mottu.
Court has gone through with the evidences and known serious offence has been done by wife and her family.
reason : not even a single para is true, without mandatory provision and section-12 used for covering offences done with members of matrimonial family.
on specific date magistrate asked the applicant for what reason he has filed the application of u/s 340 CrPC and recorded the statement given by Applicant.
it is almost one year passed only date is giving by court no proceeding/ order till date.
I left unemployed and held by Appellate court. due to this frivolous complaint by wife to cover the act of theft done and death occured in matrimonial family.
neither dismissal of complaint nor process as per provision of law of 340 crpc only dates.
this entire mess has brought me and my family in the status of poverty.

Ask the court to pass order in your 340 crpc . The court sometimes take time to pass order hut not this much of time.
Insist to pass order by filing a petition.
