Suggest any registation acts and society acts

i am the member of swetcha educational society .our society president and secretary both intentionally deleted my name (vice president)and joint secretary name from the society.and submitted to registrar of society ,hyd.forged resignation letters are submitted to the registrar ,hyd. i know the facts recently .i approched the registrar of the societies and certyfied copies of forged society (deleted) and initial society copies are recieved.and the case was registered u/s ipc 420,464,468,506 .the investigation has been started ,but the police are supporting to the accused persons.they got bail also.AT THIS STAGE WHAT CAN I DO? WHAT LEGAL STEPS I HAVE TO TAKEN?AND I WANT TO FILE A PETITION TO THE REGISTRAR FOR MY FORGED RESIGNATION LETTERS.NOW PLS EXPLAIN THE PROCEDURE FOR PETITION.AND ANY REGISTRATION ACT SECTIONS APPLICABLE TO THE ACCUSED PERSONS.thanking you sir.

Your criminal case is already going in right direction. You should appoint a private counsel in support of PP to look after the criminal case.

Now come to second aspect of soceity. You should file a civil suit and should got declared the alleged resignation and subsequent whole proceeding as null and void claiming yourself still as VP & Joint Secretary as you told in your query.

You should also plead Registrar of societies as pne of the defendants. engage a local lawyer for this purpose and got avail him entire documents as desired by him.
