Why is he ignored?

if resolutions are passed behind his back, he can file a civil suit to set aside such resolutions. If resolutions are passed on the basis of majority vote and his view point gets minority vote, he cannot have any legal remedy.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 02 April 2012
A single trustee is competent enough to stop the working of the trust if he initiates legal action against the remaining trustees in civil court or before Commissioner of Charity.
