hi Sir,
I am living in Orissa. My parents in tamil Nadu. My wife has complaint against me & Family for False Dowry & Harassment case & We have Compromised. But She is not ready to come permanently, But Now her aim Is to get Money from me. She is Not ready to give Divorce because If I get Divorce i can marry a girl but that is not easy for her to get remarried
Now due to Loneliness & due to false allegations I am in very much Stressed. So I want to SUICIDE. If i suicide leaving a suicide note citing the reason for my suicide is my wife & her parents. The Law will Punish them are not. (If a wife is dead due to suicide, husband & his families are easily punished by law) Please Clarify.
I am a Government Employee, Before going to Suicide If I Inform my Higher Officials that MY Wife & her Parents is the reason for my Suicide & MY parents have the right to get all my death Benefits.
Who will Get all my Death benefits as per law. Please Clarify That She has the right or Not To Apply or to get the Compassionate Appointment Also. ( because I have a Daughter so she will Apply but getting is not in her hands)

Dear Selvasekaran,
Suicide is not solution of your problem but is a creation of another problem for your parents. Face the situation like a brave man. You can get rid of your loneliness by alternative means. If a person marry again then he is only guilty of bigamy which is not a major offence.
As far as your case is concern, it is held by apex court and various high court that the provision of 498 A is most misused provision which is misused by wife to settle her score.
Prima facie no case of harassment is made out against your parents as they live far away from you and there are chance that she will not be able to prove dowry case.
Through away the absurd idea of suicide from mind and face the situation like brave man.

Be brave. Suicide is no solution of any problem. In this world every one has problems. Consult Psychiatrist.

You need personal counselling, as life itself is considered as a struggle. So, you need to make a struggle to come out of the problem, rather than committing a suicide, which can add more fuel to fire for your nears and dears, who may already be under tension.

Thanks for the reply .
If a women ask some point lot of suggestion are coming.
But a women Suicide Her husband & his families are arrested immediately.
But a man do like that Nobody is helping . This is The Greatest INDIAN LAW FOR MAN
I have a Self Confidence. But there is a limit, If it exceeds only I will Think like that or Do.
As per INDIAN LAW, Law is for Women only, To succeed a women in that case it is very difficult & costliest in India. If a man wins that is very rare. Before that too I have to face a lot of problems upto the Verdict , that verdict will come approximately 2 to 10 years. My Life will be spoiled , My Money will be wasted , So that I think To Suicide.
Please Clarify the Points Above & Below:
MAIN REASON FOR THINKING SUICIDE IS
1. I AM living in Orissa, My parents are living in Tuticorin, My Sister is living in Chennai, But How police have accepted the case against parents & sister , But We have compromised, Indian law & Police are supporting Women only.
2. I can Struggle But because of me Whole family have to struggle for false allegations. MY family good name, respect, Credit all are spoiled in the community. Every members in my Family are living stressed, unhappiness.
3. If i Dead point no : 02 will solve, But only sadness will appear.
thanks: I will not Suicide upto 3 Months . i have no Pschycological Problem.
Due to late & onesided law the situation makes me to think like that.

Mr. Selvasekaran,
I respect your thinking, but when law is made so by our own elected leaders sitting in the Parliament without making any provision for remedial measures for the misuse of law by some unscrupulous people, whom to blame?
About your queries:
1) Question of living at different places by members of family has no relevance unless the contents of the plaint are appropriately analysed in right perspectives. That can be done by your own advocate in the case after detailed discussion with you.
2) These depend upon the circumstances, environments and bad patch of time for the concerned human being. Per force, that had to be faced for struggle to wriggle out of the adverse situation. That needs patience, coolness of mind, properly formed strategy how to defend the case and the capability and talent of the person (advocate), who presents the case.
3) Your thinking is totally wrong. That is why I suggested you for counselling. Your death would not become the remedy, rather would prove to be addign more woes to the existing problem for your family as a whole, as suicide is also illegal. Police will not leave any stone unturned in torturing your family also on this count to come to the conclusion why you tried to make suicide. If you have the tendency to commit suicide, most probable some other members of family may also try to commit suicide, like you, after you act on that thought.
BETTER MAKE SOME HEADWAY WITH PATIENCE AND COOL MIND AS ALL DAYS TO COME ARE NEVER EQUALLY TROUBLESOME.
Rest depends upon your own wisdom.
