Suicidal threats

My brother's daughter was married 8 months back.Her husband seems to be having abnormal behaviour. He keeps arguing with his wife off and on and keeps on threatening suicide on small arguments.She keeps crying and does not know what to do.She is worried what will happen if he actually commits suicide and put blame on her. Can anyone advise.

Keep the local Police informed periodically about such threats.
Not much could be done right now except filing a case for giving such threats which would however may well break the family immediately.
