My father helped accused no 1 by borrowing money from three people.accused no2 is one among those three people.my father asked the accused no 1 to return the money as the the people who gave money to my father through promissory note started asking the money back. accused no 1 tried to get rid of my father by placing some ganja in my house without the knowledge of my father and informing police.police took my father for interrogation and sent him back to home. my father committed suicide writing a letter to me and the police that he was falsely implicated in the ganja case and this is a planned act by accused no 1.my father mentioned that accused no1 is the directly responsible by placing ganja in the house and calling police and accused no 2 is indirectly responsible for his death for harrassing for money.now the case was registered under 306ipc r/w 34ipc.both the accused are out on bail. accused no 2 is pressuring me for a compromise.i am seeking advice.i am willing for compromise with accused no 2 who has only harrased my father asking for return of money.this incident happend 3 months back.police are yet to file the chargesheet.please help me.i am working in a private college in a neighbouring state. i cannot go to court frequently.and my health will not permit me for travelling.please suggest

the accused are guilty of abetement to sucide . dont compromise if you want them to suffer for their sins .
let them make a statement and return money due to your father clients .

this is state case and the govt lawyer/public prosecutor will be fighting from your side neither you need to visit on all dates nor you need to higher a lawyer.
You will just need to appear if you are asked to be present as a witness.

It is a police case, so the govt advocate (Public Prosecutor) will take care of the case.

My experience is,
Mother was killed in presence of her 18 yrs son in day light , seen by 100 other persons, neighbours in Chawl at Mumbai.
Father and son came to me to see the Murdered get punishment.
Case was in Sessions Court Mumbai.
Later a political leader, and SP, came to me for compromise, offering me large Cut.
In first meeting, Son refused.
In Second Meeting after few days, Son & Husband agreed to collect few Lakhs, and compromised.
A Murderer of his own mother, is favored by her own son!! He was acquitted
I withdraw from this as I cannot tolerate selling justice, or bring blood strained money in my home to have my meals.
Another Advocate settled, getting his cut.
But they did it, though I told, it is necessary to punish such persons.
They Replied: If I do not agree, they will kill us also. So save our lives, and get money, they did it.
The son got married, and the Husband also got remarried, out of that fund.
Sorry to say this world WANT MONEY ONLY, NOT JUSTICE. Criminal Persons with money also have Muscle Power, Political influence, Police connections, and cruel nature.
All Divorce, settled with money,
90% Court cases, settled with money,
All Witnesses, Police Statements, PP, changes with money paid. Even Judges caught and suspended, for bribe.
Your father was falsely implicated & suicides, as someone paid to Police, and procured Ganja, that too, in commercial quantity, LODGED FALSE POLICE COMPLAINT,.
MONEY IS MORE POWERFUL THAN JUSTICE AS ON TODAY, ESPECIALLY IN CORRUPT INDIA.
HOWEVER I SUGGEST: FIGHT FOR JUSTICE.

You can hire Watching Advocate for you, who can appear before the Court Proceedings. It makes difference, and guide you, though PP play active role, your watchdog can influence PP.
