Sir, if a girl commits suicide because of one sided love and writes a note that the guy is not responsible for her death and should be left alone. In this case can the girls family still register a case against the guy and will the guy still be held responsible for abetment of suicide.

When you have already stated it as "One Sided Love " in what way the Boy could be Responsible.Only the Hastiness of the Girl had caused it.

How you can make sure that you have not dictated that note or made her sign by force. The whole thing depends upon the outcome of the police investigation.
