employee left pvt. Ltd., company with out informing the employer, the employee had sigmed a letter of appointment , as per clause in appointment letter "if the employee left without one month notice then the company can take action against them". bond is not given
my query is whether company can file specific performane of a contract against the employee who has left the company with out informing or notice. or any other suit pl. guide

The employer can take disciplinary action against the employee besides enforcing recovery of notice period pay.
