A' got a shop from muncipal corporation on the rent of 501 pm under the punjab munjab muncipal corporation act. A' died and his legal heirs shared a part of the property with another private party B' for joint use of the property.
wherther legal heirs has such power to do without the consent of the muncipal corporation?

The legal heirs have same rights as their predecessor in interest had and they have got no better rights than him.

After death of A, his legal heirs became the owners of the property and they have evry right to dispose off the property or five it on rent as per their wish.
