Suit for recovery money

suit for recovery of money decreed as prayed, decree holder filed execution application for arrest of JD, JD has no means to pay the decree amount and he Filed insolvency application before another court. What relief entitled to JD (judgement Debtor)? how can Decree holder arrest the JD without means?

there is no need for any means for arrest the person contact a lawyer personally

As execution petition is already running before the executing court so it has to implement its decree by way of arrest. DH has just to move an application in this regard and if there is no stay order from the court hearing the insolvency matter then the arrest of JD can be got effected by local police.
