Suit query & update query on mumbai high court website

June 2013 the Registrar (BENCH) issued the following order as stated below "P.C: Plff,to serve the unserved deft by 23Aug 2013 delay, if any lodging the summons with the officeof the sheriffis condoned and the returnable date of the writ of summons is extended till 23August 2013. Office to issue summons, if required.
Defts. 1,2,and 5 to file their w/s on or before 23 Aug 2013 failing which the suit as against them will be transferred to the list of undefended suits.

Def 1 present - was asked to pay 2000/- by the bench, The defet has been granted time upto 29th Nov 2013
Deft 4 & 6 asked for time, time granted upto 29th Nov 2013
Deft 2 and 5 absent
There was no mention of deft 3

My query of the above is why did not the bench transfer the case to undefended suits, is there no seriousness at all of what the bench dictates, and on what grounds does the bench just grant time with no appropriate explanation to the Deft 1 who has already been given time. is this not injustice to the petitioner... the COURT charges huge fees of 3lac and does not consider the money and time of petitioner who is at the mercy of the lawyers and who follow the rules.

2nd query WHY the highcourt website is not updated with these orders passed by the bench, The website very clearly has a section of Orders/Judgements.
The other section OFFICE INFORMATION too is not updated with the dates of the two hearings on June and August2013.

in the interest of justice time is granted to file WS on payment of costs . the objective been suit should be decided on merits after hearing both parties .

HC webiste is updated with all orders passed . it may take some time but t is an excellent website . you get details of all orders passed till date
