Is there any provision to submit original documents to court when filing summary suit? last date court asked for original documents

Certified or attested copies will be enough, however originals can be produced for comparison.

Thanks but court has insisted to place the original documents so on what provision i can say to the court that original is not necessary

you can request the court authorized officer to attest the copies by showing him all the originals that would be acceptable to any court!

"I have claim compensataion from the opp party of Rs.1 lakh in my legal notice as he left the job without prior notice and my client suffered loss now i want to file the case in court Please suggest me will it be Short cause or summary suit? please mention under what provision in CPC i can ask for compensation
