one of senior citize old lady waking in evening some bad element senatching the gold ornaments chain she inform near the thana and got filed a FIR U/s 356, 379 & 411 after FIR MM court sommenioned the old lady and provided him Gold Chain in Broken position after some time she lost borken chain some where. After one year court sommened again old lady name as Superdar Gold chain and currently she is very weak .She want to not appear in the court and what proceding required for the same.

Such lady through her counsel can pray to depose her evidence in her house through court commission on the ground of her serious illness. Court may allow her application.
