NEW DELHI: Running industrial unit from a residential place proved costly for a Delhi businessman who landed up in jail as the Supreme Court has awarded him ten days imprisonment for defying its 2004 order to shift out factories from residential areas.
A bench of Chief Justice J S Khehar and justice D Y Chandrachud convicted Sanjay Gupta for contempt of court for “consciously and deliberately” disobeying the direction of the court to shut down all industrial and commercial units operating from residential areas. The court also directed him to pay a fine at the rate of Rs 10,000 per month since October 2004 when the court had passed the order to seal all such illegal units.

I stick to my above view.

When you have not expressed your own views, logic of sticking to any such non-existing view is not understood. You have simply pasted a part of the copied story of the Times of India.

Dear Dhingra Ji,

Prior to Jigyasu's arrival we were in friendly relations. Now after Jigyasu entered you became my enemy. That shows volumes of Jigyasu's behavior and upbringing. He is suspended because he is acting as super boss and whatever comes to his mouth he talks. So preople get offended and hence he is under suspension.

No, Ms. Usha Kapoor, there is nothing like enmity. I only want that an LLM qualified advocate, like you, should render some purposeful advice and guidance to the needy people. You must not forget that your wrong or misleading pieces of advice become the cause of earning bad name for the whole community of lawyers, as any one can assume as if they only misguide anyone and everyone for some of their hidden motive.

Rest depends upon your own wisdom.

Im trying my level best to give correct Advice. Clients are giving me thanks.85% i'm giving correct legal advice. 15% may be faulty.Vijay Raj Mahajan also gives wrong legal advice, Yesterday that only Pointed out.Is it not misleading. Two blatant blunders he has committed inLegal advice.
