Dear Sir,
There is a case of mass suspention in one of the manufacturing unit.
As per the case 22 wormen found sleeping at night and managment immediate suspendeded them from services for nonstipulated time.The legal notice regarding the same was dispayed in compny premises.
So what is legal action this worker can take to goy thier job back.

Is it suspension or dismissal from service. If it is suspension and you feel that it is illegal, you should approach industrial forum.
It's a suspention from services also the managment told them they didnot resume them back on services again.
In thhat circumstances is there any legal law ro stop employer to prevent acting so.
Plese clerify how to approch industrial forum perfectly toward subject the same.

Give a complaint to the Labour Commissioner of that area. They will take up the case and investigate the matter. If necessary, they will pass interim orders.

Thanks for the reply i understood about the process.
Please through some light of laws underwich this worker get there job back.and if anyone can provide the case study or judgments in the relavance of this sunject then its been a grat help to me.
Share somee constitutional right as a people of india in this thpe of suspenstion.

Depends upon the management how seriously that take the offence, as sleeping on duty cannot be expected from any employee.If you try to take some legal action, the women may probably not get back their jobs. Better request for the pardon of the management and assure not to repeat the offence, as the management can revoke suspension order at its discretion.
