i want to give premises on leve and licence for commercial purpose ....what is max term to give on licence!whether safe if oremises is given on lease!

It is advisable to give the premises on lease and register teh lease deed after paying the necessary stamp duty, if you intent to give premises for a longer time.

stamp duty is lower on leave and licence .

give your premises for 33 months . have a renewal clause in agreement

You can give leave and licence for a period of 11 months with a renewal clause of further 11 months on fresh terms and conditions.
