Tampering with the records of a case!

When one party of the case tampers with the documents filed in the court and also submits some documents behind the back and the judge despite of knowledge of all that does not do anything even on an application moved by the other party in this respect.
Actually the matter in which the said tampering etc. has been done came into notice to the other party on later stage, i.e. after conclusion of the proceedings, after passing a final Judgment and Order. The said Order is now challenged in the Hon’ble High Court seeking invocation of revisional jurisdiction to set aside the impugned Order and all proceedings.
The other party has also brought this tampering into the notice of the Hon’ble High Court by filing a Criminal Misc. Case in the Revision Petition. But yet Court has not taken any view on this?

The Revisional court has no power to see tampering with evidence of you did nothing in the trial court.
