Another fellow appears on the scene to expose himself and prove that he is merely a fake expert, blackmailer and a person with unsound mind that intentionally supports only fake experts, who help him to confuse the querists for hunting clients for them. On the pages of this website only he was exposed by some other expert that he was thrown out of a company only due to his habit of blackmailing the directors of that company. So, being jobless, he mostly appears frequently with multiples of his posts against any single query just to hunt clients by confusing them.
The querist can check the records of his postings also by opening his profile to find that he used to make multiples of vague, irrelevant and misleading posts in reply to the queries.

Experimenting is your own prerogative, if you can rely on a bed ridden sick lady, a resident of a far flung city from your own town, in preference to some practising Income Tax Practitioner (Lawyer or a CA) of your own area. The fact of her being bed ridden was revealed even by her supporter Mr. NJS Rajkumar, himself, through one of the threads at the LCI.
Question of motivation or jealousy cannot arise, when I have neither asked you to contact me for any consultancy. Moreover, I do not entertain any consultancy case of any querist of the Lawyers Club India. Having already got set back from some inexperienced lawyers up to even the Supreme Court level, I only tend to caution the laymen not to get lured by some fake experts.

You should know that most of the contents of internet website are not authenticated. You can find most of the junk on internet, except on some official sites, so far as law is concerned. You had been quoting even very obsolete contents copied from internet, not the latest law books. particularly, the IT Act is amended abundantly every year.
