Tax on gift deed

my uncle means my my mother's elder sister's husband wants to give me his flat by gift deed. property valuation is around 8500000. stamp duty and registration charges on this property is 550000. is this gift deed is taxable for donor and donee?? and if yes then how much tax? how to calculate
