Technical resignation

I gave the technical resignation from the post of ALP(regular employee) 20500 basic . To join junior engineer in railway 35400 basic. But in junior engineer 1 year is training period.
Should I get an Hra? In JE training period

What is provided in RR qua HRA ?
Generally railways may provide accommodation to trainees, please check it is an internal matter.

Go through the terms of appointment or use RTI to Railway for the same.

There is no nexus between technical resignation and grant of HRA.

You can get HRA if you do not have accommodation and spouse does not have any govt accommodation at same station.

Not understood how technical resignation is affected.
