1.what is meaning of Technical Resignation?
2. who are allowed for technical resignation?
3. what is benefits of Techincal resignation?

4.what is LIEN in relation to technical resignation?please explain its & its benefits in easy words.

Presently i am working in CAG on Auditor Post, and just recently completed Probation period.
i have also selected for excise inspector post in CBEC. so i want to give technical resignation , because i have intimated MY administration and i have NOC from Present office.
so i want to know that if i technically resign from CAG and Join CBEC, later i feel some difficulty in CBEC, so is it possible i can again Join back CAG ?
