Hi, we at Akosha have conducted a survey and according to that the result is only 33 % of the District Courts are rejecting the telecom complaints and the rest are still taking it and this is the result after the judgement of the Supreme Court in the year of 2009. Hi, it is always said that the District Courts are not entertaining the telecom complaints after the 2009 Supreme court's judgement but after the survey conducted by Akosha, it was crystal clear that only 33 % of the District Courts are rejecting the telecom complaints and others are still accepting it.You can find the full article the mess with telecom complaints in India. In India the Apex court judgements still do not find its way to lower courts nor the lower court judges cares to read Apex court orders.It is for the lawyers to be alert to get his party from the situation
