I HAD RECEIVED A MOBILE CALL WITH LOT OF MISBEHAVIOUR. COULD I MAKE LEGAL COMPLAIN AGAINST THAT

HOW CAN NOW YOU RECORD THAT CALL UNLESS ALREADY RECORDED.

EITHER TAKE AN OTHER CHANCE WAITING AND EXPECTING HIS CALL TO COME AGAIN.

OR IF YOU HAVE SOME EVIDENCE(SAY SOMEONE KNOWN TO YOU WAS SITTING THERE AND HEARD ALL THAT) TO PROVE MISBEHAVE THAT AMOUNTS TO ANY OFFENCE UNDER I.P.C.,THEN LODGE FIR WITH POLICE.

AS MR. PRABHAKAR SAID, I TRIED TO CALL THAT PERSON AGAIN & RECORD THE CALL WITH BEHAVIOR SOUND. I WENT TO POLICE STATION & OFFICER JUST CALL HIM THAT DO NOT CALL, THAT'S IT. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THAT COULD I DO MORE LEGAL ACTION, I HAVE THE RECORD CALL THIS TIME ,WITH LOT OF ABUSE, PLEASE SUGGEST

If you have lodged a written complaint and the compromise is through police it is better. Try to forget the event for the time being. If again such call is received, lodge FIR.

You can file a criminal complaint before the local magistrate under section 200 read with section 156 (3) of criminal procedure code.
