dear, i m searching for a judgement of the apex court or any high court on the mact in which the court awarded the compensation to the injured/deceased on the basis of the salary mentioned in the appoinment letter issued on the same day on the accident, while the injured was to join the job within 10 days and due to the accident the injured could not join the new employer who issued the appoinment letter
