Tenancy issue

Recently I have been shifted in new apartment, I have entered into a rent agreement jointly with a girl.
Now she has started mentally torturing me and has started abusing and bringing guys at my place which was at the time of agreement decided not to, I have complained to the owner as well as the broker but nothing has been done, she has started threatening me. I want to take legal help kindly suggest.

Record her conduct (audio/visual/witnessed/minuted) and complaint you have given to owner/agent.

Once you have the evidence you can defend your interest.

Inform elders of your family.

Move out and to some other place.

Give her legal notice through local lawyer for harassment.
Have you registered rent agreement?
Whether broker have given any role in agreement?

It is better you / she should shift to some other place to avoid unpleasant situation. Legal steps are time and cost consuming.

Amicable settlement suggested.
