Tenant eviction

Dear Experts,

I need a sr. advocate to fight case against tenant, though there was no tenant agreement, the house was illegally occupied by one lady without any information and agreement. When we approached her and asked her to vacate the house she refused to do that and instead filed a case in civil court. I need help to in this regard.

You can file a case for eviction of licensee. Contact local lawyer.

Dear sir,

Thanks for reply.

We do engaged one lawyer but he seems to be more interested in making money and doing nothing. Once even judge informed us to hire a sr. advocate. I dont know what to do. How can i evacuate person from my house.
