I ( ROHIT) FROM HYDERABAD LANDLORD OF THE PROPERTY
TENANT MONTHLY RENT IS 8000 TENANT NOT PAYING RENT FROM 8 MONTHS AND REFUSES TO VACATE NO RENTAL AGGREMENT DONE BETWEEN US CAN WE FORCILY CUT THE WATER AND POWER CINNECTION TO THEM OR HOW SHOULD I VACATE HIM IMMEDIATELY PLZ LET ME KNOW CLEARLY AND DO THE NEEDFUL

Issue legal notice to tenant and demand due rent also ask him to vacate the rented premises within a month.if tenant doesn't comply with the notice than file suit for eviction against him on ground of default in making payment.
