All type of construcion on the plot is kacha type (mud used constuction, no cement lanter)

We have an agrement from the tenant that (notary ceritied type-on 10 ruppes stamp paper, certified by notary advocate) such as

"I am not a tenant and I am doing here no business whenever we will say to him he will vacate the land."

We are taking rent from him only in cash and also we had not given him even a single rent receipt.

Please advise us how he will vacate the plot?

what are the various IPC we can impose on the tenant?

Dear D suri
you can file eviction suit/recovery of khas possession suit/trespassers case in this matter according to situation (with the help of local lawyer)

REGARDING the delay of matter, S C I has already says in 2001 Justice Delayed is Justice Denied While considering the aforesaid matter, the Supreme Court held as also noticed the most popular phrase spoken by every speaker in every conference "justice delayed is justice denied". and the Chief Judge of the Court of Small Causes at Bombay has taken it seriously and improved the system and the procedure with the co-operation of the Bench and Bar and produced and proved the disposal of the suit of the landlord in a period of 6 to 9 months, which is required to be followed by the other Courts in India in order to give relief to the citizen of this country and to provide the justice quick. SO DON'T WORRY IN DELAY.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO HIGHLIGHT UPRC ACT. KINDLY YOU SEE/PURCHASE A BARE ACT OF UPRC ACT 1972.
