Tenants stay in our 1935 bungalow since 1939 without any initial legal document but they have intermittent rent receipts
They harass and exploit us as much as possible littering corridors etc We Owners are tired Please guide how to correct them.we are scared of them

No one bothered about the demised property since 1939, then why now ? It is better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for proper analyses of facts / documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

If you don't recognise him as a tenant then what is he doing all these years which is almost 9 decades. If you are holding the title to the property and have a registered document to establish your title to the property, you can issue a legal notice to the tenant for vacating the premises as he has not paid any rental amount for many years, creating nuisance to the fellow tenants, and for your own use or to renovate etc., you can approach an experienced lawyer in the local and issue a legal notice craftily.
