Dar sirs/madam MY FRIEND WORKING IN A LTD COMPANY THE EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY PUT A CASE AGAINST THE COMPANY YET COMPANY TERMINET THE SOME EMPLOYEE SO PLZ SUGGEST ME AND HIM WHAT WE CAN DO AND COMPANY DOES NOT GIVE ANY TERMINATION LETTER JUST ONLY ORAL COMMUNICATION.

what was nature of case filed by employee ? what were terms and conditions of his appointment letter? does it mention issue of 3 months notice for termination . in any case company has to inform employee in writing about ermination of his services . issue legal notice to company . contact a local labour lawyer

Many companies do not issue appointment letters and termination letters. If he has the appointment letter in hand he fight out basing on the terms. If it is not there, better forget and join somewhere else.

If your friend has written appointment letter, oral termination has no relevance. Ask the company to give due notice of termination.
