Many supervisory staff given 3 months notice given and terminated TVS Group company , by converting work mam to supervisory cadre . Later workmen given VRS scheme 20 Lakhs. Is that ok.

As per company rules and the terms and conditions of the appointment letters of the staff, what is the minimum service for the VRS scheme?

Minimum 10 years for workmen

You can talk to management as VRS is open for all employees and not limited to workmen only
