termination of joint development and GPA

Mr.X has a self owned property of 1 acer 27 guntas, aged about 80 years, he has 4 son one of the son is a fraud he took Mr.X to the sub registered office and signed up a joint development agreement and a GPA with a builder and they have mentioned a cash paid of Rs 30,00,000/- in the joint development agreement and has put a witness of some third persons, Mr .X is an illiterate practically 80 years old man cannot manage a amount of 30 lakhs, Mr x as filled a police complaint on the builder, witness, and his fraud son, what r the steps for the cancellation of the joint development agreement and GPA.

you can send the legal notice to builder, son, and witness, and file a case against, and also send the notice to register office to cancel the agreement.

1. Do we need to pay the court fees for 30 Lakhs, for filing a case, (as advised by my lawyer)

2. can the property be transfered to any of the other son after filing the case because the fraud son he is financially very strong may try to threaten his father to withdraw the case, 80 year old father cannt fight back,

if the schedule property has a partition suit can Mr .x go in for a joint development.

File a civil suit seeking cancellation of fradulant agreement and no court fee is required as asked by your lawyer.
