I want draft copy of termination of lease agreement by landlord for breach of condition of lease agreement

licensee is involve in criminal activity and fir is registered against him therefore i want to terminate the lease agreement

Agreement required to be studied by local Advocate + Your state Rent Act required to be studied .

You are stating Lease , some time you state License , both words have different meaning as they are placed in two different Act.

Additionally State Rent Control Act too required to be studied.

Since Criminal proceedings are going on you are at advantage , but criminal activity should be done in your premises or your premises are used for wrong purpose.

So without proper study no one can reply . Kindly show your document to local advocate.

(Some time before sending Legal notice whole strategy is required to be drawn by Adv. how he will move in game of Chess)

Without proper study just sending notice copying from some website can be very fatal even for you .
