My tenant has friendship with neighbors. They are disturbing us gathering in my house or nearby. They are denying our request.
How can i terminate the tenency?

What is the disturbance that they are creating?
The tenants have freedom to talk to anyone including the neighbors, the landlord cannot restrict the tenants in this aspect.
If the tenants are violating the conditions of agreement then he can issue a legal notice to the tenant to vacate for the reasons relied thereupon.

Clause is there in agreement. Everyone has freedom to talk anyone, but gathering and chating in parking area or adjacent. it affect children's study, sometimes after coming from office i take rest. I think these things are difficult to prove in courts.

Thank you Bhartesh goyal sir. If not from tenency termination perspective, what other way could avoid the nuisance. Tried amicable way also.
