I am purchasing a property. But the sellor has papers mentioning "Terrace of third floor". So is it means that he is owner of forth floor and above. Kindly confirm asap...

1. You can be a Owner of a Property whose dimensions are recorded in the Sale-Deed, the Floor-Plan and the Civic authorities approved building plans.

2. Terrace is a open FSI free space and CANNOT be sold /purchased, under any agreement.
