YES YOU CAN CHALLENGE EVERY ONE HAS A IGHT TO CHALLENGE ANY KIND OF ISSUE BUT BEFORE U CHALLENGE THE ISSUE THINK TWISE WHETHER IT IS USEFUL,BENIFITABLE O NOT IF NO U CAN CHALLANGE BUT IRESPECTIVE OF THE RESULT.
AS PER MY VIEW I SUPPORT REGISTRATION PROCEDURE.
THAT AMMEMDMENT IS USEFUL TO PRACTISEING ADVOCATES
