This query is : Resolved
Matter in High Court in front of the Court Commissioner for trial for the grant of probate for the wills made by my father, the 1st in July 1996 in MUMBAI and the next in August 1996 in Goa In the July will the younger brother is the petitioner and in the Aug will I am the petitioner The brother has acted on the Aug will and removed my father's title from the form 1 and 14 and claimed all the good things from the will Having done so he denies the knowledge of the existence of the said will and demands for the probate of the July will to enable him to avail of the benefits in that will The truth is on my side but I am losing my faith in our Judiciary, for neither his advocate nor mine are ready to take the brother to task with all his wrong doings even with the necessary evidence against him My greatest fear is whether I will get a fair trial Please advice
