The Relevance of Suo Motto PIL qua Commonwealth Games

Dear All,

It started with water pollution widened to air and noise pollution, continued with sealing drive, relocation of Industries. My question is keeping in view the paramount role to be played by Judiciary in enforcing the Directive Principles of State is it not a high time that judiciary should come out of self imposed shell to dispell shrouded mystery in the common man denting our national image worldwide.

Your view is good and welcome. It is time that the courts awoke and rose upto the expectations of the ordinary citizen.
