Hello Gurus,
We filed a writ C in Allahabad high court 2 years ago. The court sent notification to other parties next day. But there is no date after that.
I noticed that 2 months ago that Next listing date was changing after 2-4 days and now it says There is no further orders of Listing.
Can you please let me know why it is saying so. What does this actually means. Please suggest me if I can file an RTI to know the exact status of the case. If I can then whom should I send my RTI
Here are the details:
Date of Filing 09/10/2013
Last Listed on 11/10/2013 in Court No. 4
Next Listing Date There is no further orders of listing.
Thanks and looking for your positive response.

1. Make adequate personal inquiries with the competent Registrar of the H.C. department or opt to file R.T.I. with such Registrar.

Our Lawyer is saying there are lots of pending cases with HC. That's why no the next listing date is not updating.
Does it really take this much of time. Tarikh pe tarikh chala 2 months tak but koi hearing nahi huyee. Now there is no listing date. Is it because we hired less experience laywer.
Shall I file a . Will that help.
