Threatening on mobile phone to murder

Dear Sir,
kindly suggest that brother in law who is in army has given several threatening to husbnad and his family mambers to murder if husbnas does not obey each and every instruction of wife and threatened to vacant the house so that wife can reside lonely and no any mambers are to be allowed.
all the talking is recorded in mobile and kept in secracy. that threatening has ben given in back 12 months and after threatening, wife filed 498a cases on all the members of husbnad's family.
kindly suggest that, any action can be taken against such type of army man who is in service in army and recorded voice can be used in 498a case.

What were you doing since last 12 months? Why have you not taken the legal action at the relevant time when you received and recorded the threatening? Though police complaint can be made at this stage also but definitely it shall be regarded as a counter blast of pending case under section 498A of IPC against you.

Dear Raj Kumar Sir,
As you know being the most senior that Man, husbnad is always under pressure in society agains the misusing the law under section 498a. at that time of threatening, husbnad was in planning to file a complaint and also given information to police incharge of the police station by telephone but for safer side he has not filed complaint because he undrestood that if he takes any action then wife will file 498a but when a another brother in law came with antisocial person to the house of husbnad to extract money in the month of may 2012 then husband has filed a complant in police station as GD after that wife has filed 498a beacuse of filing of complaint in may 2012 by husbnad. wife was always saying that if husbnad takes any action then false alegations will be made for all the member of family and the same has happened after filing of general diary in police station by the side of husbnad.
i request you to give your veiw and stand for save from legal terrorism.

You should move a RTI application to the concerned police and should enquire about the action on the GD so that you may decide your future course of action.
