Can anyone pls advice me which laws/enactment governs the online Ticket Booking ?
If some one selling cricket match tickets in Black, which laws prohibits him?

Actually XXX company through its website selling the cricket match tickets. Now the person who are purchasing the tickets through website are purchasing it in bulk and they are selling those to others for higher prices i.e. in black. Now i need to issue legal notice to them, so before issuing it i wanted to know whether there is any specific law which stipulate punishment for black ticketing.
Dear experts request for your valuable suggestion on this..

increased rate is not black money.
It is their cut/ commission.
