u/s 376 or for that matter any case that is specially under jurisdiction of the session court...when can one file bail? example, how long after arrest? 2 days or 3 days? or 60 days? under which relevant provision or section under the crpc define the time limit for filling of bail in session court after arrest of the accused?

if you have a fit case that if the accused is not at all involved and there are remote chances in involving the case you can file the bail immediately. filing bail has no norms. but enlarging bails has certain judicial norms.

bail petition can be filed on the same day of remanded.. but court will not grant bail that much easily for this offence. because the accused may tamper the witnesses or disturb the investigation. thats the reason behind the dismissal of earlier bail. if charge sheet filed mean bail should be granted..

Dear , There is no time limit in Cr.P.C. to file a bail . You can file bail just after judicial custody order u/s 437 .

Only experience of lawyer dealing with the case is the best provision to decide the exact time when to move the bail application and even when to persuade or withdraw it. There is no such provision in Criminal Procedure Code or any relevant law.
Generally in heinous crimes, court do not provide bail immediately so one has to wait for appropriate time for moving such bail application. It is not wise to go for bail without understanding all relevant facts of case, court, crime, custom etc. etc.
